Compressions help reduce soreness and swelling and shorten recovery time. We offer full leg compression and hip compression services to help you get back in the game sooner.

Contrast therapy alternates between hot and cold, helping improve circulation and reduce swelling. Our contrast therapy devices target your shoulders and knees, which are typical spots for overuse or injury. A typical session will have you wear the device for 30 mintes as it fluctuates between temperatures, helping reduce pain and get you back on your feet.

When AC started training high school athletes, she noticed that a core piece of the sports performance puzzle–stretching and recovery–was completely missing from the athletes' routine. So she did something about it.

As a certified stretch practioner, she helps athletes and everyone else stay flexible and move better so they can win at sports and at their daily life.
