CHRISTIAN TROXLER

With more than 8 years of personal training experience, Christian has helped hundreds of people make progress in strength, performance, and weight-loss.

After recovering from a football injury in college, he became passionate about helping people push themselves to overcome their limitations and achieve their fitness goals. 

Whether you're looking to build size and strength, improve athletic ability, increase your max lifts, or start your journey of working out, Christian can help. He offers in-person sessions and online training.

Sydni, Head Trainer

Sydni is the head trainer at WorkHarder Gym. She leads several classes and works with clients wanting to build healthy habits and make a love of fitness part of their lives.

"My mission is to provide expert guidance, motivation, and support, while building confidence and teaching people how to live a healthier lifestyle both inside and outside the gym."

Michael, Athletic Performance

Michael leads our athletic performance training in WorkHarder Athletics. As a former college quarterback, he's dedicated to helping athetes develop their skills, and go as far as their potential can take them.

"I train athletes to maximize their speed, acceleration, explosiveness, and strength - key attributes that pro scouts are looking for - by turning their potential into high-performance results."

AC, Stretch & Recovery

Coach AC began her fitness career as a personal trainer. When she saw the lack of proper recovery and stretching that most people deal with (even student athletes), she became a certified stretch practitioner to help people avoid injury and stay functional in everyday life. 

"My focus is empowering athletes to reach new heights through specialized training, and helping everyone move better through transformative stretching and mobility practices."

BJ, Athletic Performance

BJ trains in WorkHarder Athletics, helping athletes develop their skills, improve their movement patterns, and build a foundation that will last through their athletic careers.

As a trainer, Zac has worked with college sports teams and individuals to develop functional fitness. Whether your goals are building muscle, losing weight, or just navigating the gym for the first time, he's here to help you achieve your goals.
