CHRISTIAN TROXLER
With more than 8 years of personal training experience, Christian has helped hundreds of people make progress in strength, performance, and weight-loss.
After recovering from a football injury in college, he became passionate about helping people push themselves to overcome their limitations and achieve their fitness goals.
Whether you're looking to build size and strength, improve athletic ability, increase your max lifts, or start your journey of working out, Christian can help. He offers in-person sessions and online training.

Michael leads our athletic performance training in WorkHarder Athletics. As a former college quarterback, he's dedicated to helping athetes develop their skills, and go as far as their potential can take them.

Leighton has been dedicated to fitness since high school, when she entered a bodybuilding competition and found a love for the discipline and self-care you can find at the gym. She's passionate about helping women feel comfortable in the gym and achieve their goals, no matter their starting point.
