This program focuses on building strength and speed while improving overall athletic development. Each athlete class will train three times per week all summer.
This includes:
- Classes 3x per week
- Skill assessments
- Professional sports headshots

Dates: June - Mid August
Classes: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Class Times: 12PM (Class A), 1PM (Class B), 2PM (Class C)

Assessments during the last week of May will place athletes in their class. Spots are limited, so sign up today! Chat with us online if you have any questions.
